Hunan Golden Globe O. E. D Co., Ltd located in industrial city Zhuzhou, Hunan province, China, from which, only take 40 minutes to Changsha Huanghua airport. It′s very convenient in transportation by air, sea or land. Our factory has an area of 82 mu (55, 000 square meters ) with more than 564 employees among which 46 are engineers or technicians. Total output is over 100 million yuan per year. Since our establishment in 1988, we have persisted to the motto" Honoring contract and keeping credit " and "Quality stands first" and made a big progress. In 1998 our products have awarded certification from Toyota quality system certifying center. On December 26, 2002, we passed the certification of ISO/TS16949 by Germany TUV Rheinland Group.

Our company has 12 product lines which are mainly equipped with 1600 ton, 1000 ton, 630 ton, 400 ton, 300 ton, friction presses, and advanced mould machining center, CNC equipments and first-class test equipments. We have already implemented expert solid model software like UG, PRO/E, SolidWords, Cimatron12, AutoCAD etc. We are also plan to apply "Oform" forging simulator from Russian Quantor Co. To solve some difficult technical problems in process design, Die & Mould designing and producing. Through simulating the molding process of metal, find the latent problem, and thus omit the product defect caused by molding design.

Our company are the assigned forging parts manufacturer of main engine companies home and abroad including Weichai Power, Yuchai. We provide customers all around the world with auto parts, motorcycle parts.
